Very clean and friendly and good value for money. We stayed in the same room as last year and the room had been upgraded with a much larger shower room.
We stayed overnight before a day at Wimbledon and were delighted at the welcome we received as well as the cleanliness of the room and the abundance of food provided for snacks at any time-sausages eggs bacon cheese bread jams cereal milk juice tea coffee and chocolate -were put at our tired disposal, Great value for London prices-only negative was the 4hour limit placed on parking outside meaning we had to take our car into Wimbledon instead of catching a bus.
Although the house is located quite far from the center, it is worh the time of your transportation to the fresh quiteness which are provided here. Speaking short, I have simply enjoied the accomodation and liberal atmosphere, moreover that pleasant fact had a influense onto my whole time spent in London.

Had a comfortable stay in this place. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We didn't book the ensuite room, but the shared shower and toilet were very clean. The room was spacious enough for two people. I also liked that the room was bright as it had a big window. Overall a good experience.
Great shower in the en-suite and every possible channel on the Sky TV. The bus, tube and train were all about 5 min walk so I got into London pretty quickly. The kitchen and fridge were well stocked too. Very good value for money, better than a hotel!
Friendly team
Extremely clean and well-equipped house, no expenses spared on facilities. Everything was thought of - from good quality shower gel in the bathrooms (which were very new and large!) to a washing machine and dryer and microwave in the spacious kitchen! The person who gave us our keys waited until 1am for us to arrive, and was actually extremely enthusiastic and proud to show us our accommodation!
