Didn't know quite what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. Not the Ritz, but also not the cockroach motel! Clean, friendly, basic but comfortable. Very good value compared to some dives I have stayed in!

The room was basic, but adequate for an overnight stay. At the price, I don't think you can fault it. I have paid a lot more in London for a lot worse! The use of the Kitchen is great if you want to grab a takeaway, or even cook a meal. Breakfast is a self help, but there is plenty of choice, or bring your own - not many places in London that you can do that.

My friend and I highly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The room had everything we needed including a hair dryer, an electric kettle and a table with lots of little treats like cookies, coffee, tea etc. on it. Both, the room and the bathroom, were clean. So was the kitchen which we were able to use all day! The fridge was filled with lots of food and thanks to the well-resourced kitchen we could make ourselves a tasty breakfast. The customer service was very friendly and helpful. We just felt very comfortable while we stayed at that hotel. Another advantage is that the hotel is close to the Tooting Broadway tube station and that you can easily reach the hotel at night using the night bus service. I can only recomend staying at this hotel.
Stayed there for 5 days and enjoyed it a lot. Small but clean and quiet room with private bathroom and fast WIFI (free!), self service kitchen filled with juices, milk, cereal, fruit, eggs, ham, cheese, etc. Met some very nice people there. Staff was very friendly. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, 5 minutes walking distance to London Underground, 30 minutes from city centre. This is a very good, inexpensive alternative to full service hotels (which are a lot more expensive).
The staff and the appartments that I have stayed in have both been very pleasing, the service was good and If I return to the area would happily book again.
Great place. Clean, modern, with wifi and TV and tea/coffee facilities in the room, nice bathroom. Plus a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge stocked full of free goodies like eggs, bacon, cheese, juices etc. I'd totally stay here again.
The double room was nice and big and very clean. I had my own bathroom, tea and coffee facilities, microwave, sink and even a hob if i wanted to cook. The area was grand too i would definitely return here. It was without a doubt the nicest accomodation I've ever had in London with a great price.
I was happily surprised; the hotel was comfortable, clean, modern, and I loved the kitchen!
