Generally everything was fine, the room was very warm, we had all what we needed.
The manager was very friendly and helpful.
Excellent value for money. Staff always helpful and courteous. In the area quiet and well served. connections are easy with the tube. We are happy to go back and recommend it to everyone.

I stayed for just two nights. Excellent value. Nothing fancy but lots of free amenities. Huge amount of food supplied for breakfast, which is DIY. Fine for me but that may not suit everyone.
We had fantastic time during our stay at the hotel. The furniture was brand new, the room and the bathrooms were clean, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. We also were pleasantly surprised by the welcome drinks in the room.
Nice, clean, simple, not homely but not institutional. I have serious food allergy and the guy bought me loads of food - very impressed, by that and general customer service.
