We enjoyed our stay there and would come again. Although we arrived early, there was no problem to move into the apartment. There are a supermarket and a railstation nearby. Our son enjoyed the high speed internet connection. The apartment is located right next to the hotel, which was staffed 24/7 and they had a good and very friendly customer service.

No problems whatsoever. Clean and comfortable
the hotel is not far from the railway station and the best thing is that you have a Kitchen if you want to cook, even if that means that you have to make the breakfast yourself (I like it). The staff is gentle but the room i had was small as too the bed for two.
The people gave us a warm welcome, the hotel and room served our purpose based on price, parking and location to the rail station, it was clean and tidy, I would use the hotel again. If you just want a base without the frills this will fit the bill and I would use them again based on this, hope this helps someone. Thank you to the Norbury apart-Hotel
I stayed here for 4 nights. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. I had a single room and shared a bathroom. Both were very clean and comfortable, the lighting in the bathroom wasn't very good though. The walls are a little thin and it was easy to hear conversations in the next door room. However, I felt safe. The internet worked consistently. The train station was really close by.
