Had a hectic and chaotic morning getting to London but felt great arriving at the cozy and comfy Flexistay. We really enjoyed it. Loved the staff and the dining area. Would definitely come back for a longer visit. Thank you for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Loved it.
Top do for the money. We stayed at the Norbury Flexistay in October for three nights for our annula theatre trip. Excellent value. Nice room with fridge and tv. Good selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Wonderful breakfast. Eat when you like and cooked how you like because you do it yourself. All the food provided is top quality and fresh. The live in manager, Rikki, cannot do enough for you. A Small and intimate hotel which I will be staying at again whenever we come to London, if we can get in! Close to the raliway station and on a bus route. An Excellent overall value hotel!
all was excellent. the apartment was very clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff and great location.
Yet another great weekend. This is one of my all-time favourite places to stay. The manager is incredibly friendly and helpful. I will defintelt be booking again.
If you're looking for budget accomodation close to London this is hard to beat. It's clean, warm and quiet with lots of places to eat nearby and has parking. I'll be staying here again whenever I need to be in the area.

I just completed a four night stay and the room was clean and secure, just what I needed when I had a packed schedule. The location was good for me though I didn't realise there would be trains running all night

On this occasion I stayed for 4 nights. This must be my 6th or 7th visit, and it is probably my favourite place to stay at in London. It is very close to Norbury railway station, which is a cheap ticket away from Central London. The new manager was excellent and could not do enough for me. He even washed some clothes for me. I will definitely be staying again and wholeheartedly give it my full recommendation. The only problem is that the more I recommend it the harder it will be for me to find a vacancy in the future!
