Overall it was a good stay, nice size rooms and quiet hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast selection was good. The only negative I have was that we were without any electric for a day when the circuit board blew.
Value for money, staff was really friendly.
My wife and I wanted something local to the work we were doing that day. The rom ensuite, bed and room was clean and airy. Friendly staff particuarly David who was very helpful. Handy inexpensive train service into heart of London.
My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was clean, the people running it were extremely nice and accommodating. If/when I go back to Norbury I will probably book with them again. It was truly a wonderful stay and the price is extremely reasonable for all the amenities offered. The breakfast was one of my favorite parts because it allowed you to wake up when you wanted, make what you wanted, and leave when you wanted. My friends and I had a wonderful experience. Double room en suite, small but very clean good value for my money Norbury ApartHotel a good place to chill out
arrived around 8.30pm.checkin was pleasant and efficient by very friendly staff. very please with accomodation. room clean, comfortable with everything you may need. complimentary tea and coffee provided along with fruit juice and biscuits. fridge in room is a much appreciated bonus. breakfast/dining room very clean and comfortable with a wide variety of foods available. overall, extremely pleasant stay and would definitely recommend

well me and my partner like to stay at Norbury Aparthotel because its excellent value for the money that you pay. Me and my partner have been to lots of bed and breakfast hotels but I can honestly say when we try to book a room and we can not get a booking because they are full up we are disappointed, everything you might need is near by, shops, banks, local shops, the train station is only five minute away
The Flexistay ApartHotel in Norbury offers a nice, warm and friendly accomodation for London visiters with a limited budget. The nearby train station provides for an easy transfer into central London. The service has been very corteous, the self-serving breakfast was simple, but good! I would definitely come back again!
