We arrived alot earlier than expected to London, and caught the train to Norbury straight away. The kind gentleman at the welcome desk told us that we could check in an hour early. We were greeted by very good customer service skills, a small tour of the facilities within the hotel, and our room which was perfect. It was clean, roomy, and extremely comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. It was definitely the best nights sleep I've had in London in a very long time, and came with everything you would want. Extremely happy with everything.
