The hotel is in a good location, staff were very friendly and helpful, clean and tidy room, kitchen facilities are excellent.
Wasn't expecting much but found Sutton Aparthotel to be comfortable and clean. Fridge full of breakfast stuff - very handy and adds great flexibility to breakfast time on a sunday morning! Hard to spot in the dark (looks like someone's house) but otherwise no problems at all
My mother stayed here for just under 3 weeks. Her feedback is the Title of this review. My mother especially liked the open kitchen and the opportunity to talk with other guests.
Good clean & comfortable and very helpful manager. Bed needed little more space down one side but we managed okay. Trains running 15 metres from back window but not all night! Good night's sleep followed by good DIY breakfast.
I stayed one night and was quietly surprised at the level of service I received. Staff were helpful and on call 24/7 and the room was both cheap and clean.
We really enjoyed our stay at Flexistay, Croydon. The staff were helpful and friendly. Surprised but a good that you could make your type breakfast.
I've stayed at Flexistay hotels a few times now and always forget to leave a review - not this time! The welcome was a warm one indeed! I was met by a very smiley and happy man who was in a word... Lovely. He checked me in, showed me the kitchen and then my room. The room was neat, well furnished and had a mini fridge for use, kettle and en suite. Not only that but was well stocked with tea coffee, a luxurious hot chocolate, biscuits and my favourite drink... Cape-Sun! Would definitely recommend these hotels.
we had a very friendly welcome - Funny to do your breakfast by yourself. but Ok and on the other hand pracitcal. Would stay again if in the area.

This is very suitable for short-term stay only. The full time Carer of Camborne Road is excellent and nothing is too much for him. He made us feel very welcome at at home. I would suggest that the small garden have some garden furniture and chairs to sit out in, especially during the warm weather.
