The flexistay house was clean and tidy. Basic in the furniture provided but who spends much time in the room! :) The stocked kitchen and laundry (detergent provided!) was awesome. We only needed it once, but that's a luxury. It's a little hard to sleep late as you want to keep all your windows open in the summer, but it didn't bother us. Every now and then the kitchen would get a little crowded but generally it was fine. They arrive very very quickly when you ring the bell and take you to the house where you will stay. They were also VERY responsive if you need anything. (They answer the phone always and had someone there inside of 10 minutes when we ran out of laundry detergent). Hotels don't have service that fast! Tooting is great and there is very diverse population there are ethnic stores and food available. Good pub right down the road too. Would definitely stay with these guys again.
