great place to stay, staff are very friendly and very helpful would definitely stay here again.
Everything was really clean and knit. From the entrance, the living room, kitchen and then room, everything was polish. The downsides : the water in the shower was not hot enough, and the duvet was way too small in the single room. One small bottle of water would have been nice also. But I am 99% satisfied with my stay. The staff was really helpful

Am amazing place to stay, i loved the fact that there was a communal kitchen, washin machine. I also loved the breakfast style as you don't have to wake up earlier dan you want to just to make breakfast time, you make your breakfast at your convenience. The place was squeaky clean and looked new. Transport links just beside the hotel. It is somewhere i will always love to stay when i come to London again. It is just an awesome place

Really lovely property. Helpful and pleasant staff made us welcome from start to finish. Excellent kitchen and dining facilities. Room size, bed comfort, furnishings, and decor very very good, with a modern, spacious, and decent shower en suite. Ideal for families, and free parking a real bonus. Our little man loved the place too, especially bouncing on the big bed! Only potential tip, perhaps use paper coasters or saucers for cups in the room, only to save the lovely furniture from cup marks ;) will highly recommend overall.
I stayed at Flexistay Addiscombe for 3 months whilst my home was being refurbished - the hotel is clean and staff are extremely friendly. For such a long stay with 2 children (aged 6 & 11), this place was the most self sufficient as a hotel gets. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again
