We stayed in a double ensuite room for 3 nights and it was excellent! We were allowed to check in at 10 am, which was great because we didn't want to carry our luggage around (luggage storage is also available for free). Loved the fact that there was a kitchen and fridge stocked with items to make your own breakfast (sausage, eggs, milk, juice, ham, bacon, bread, etc.). Extremely clean and the dining area was spotless! You might be able to hear the train from your room (like we did) but after awhile you get used to it.The location is not bad, very close to the station and the train to London Victoria takes around 20 min, which is extremely convenient for exploring London. Overall, extremely nice staff and very good value for money. Will definately be back whenever we are in London.
This will be the third time that I have stayed in this wonderful hotel. It is very clean and the staff are exceptional. Extra touches such as good quality biscuits and fruit juice in bedrooms is a welcome bonus! Parking on site, and a train station nearby to get to Waterloo or Victoria. I will definitely stay again.
The hostel was very clean and cosy, it was a good value for the money, very easy access to the city. I would come again. Thank you very much for your hospitality
Good value for money. Kitchen, laundry available with washing machine and dryer. Complimentary internet and self service breakfast.

I spent one night at the Norbury ApartHotel in London and consider it as a very good value for money hotel. Staff is very friendly and willing to help out, rooms are basic but very complete including TV, wifi, fridge, ironing etc. and hotel is on walking distance from the railway station. Also breakfast is very complete and as guests are preparing the breakfast themselves there is a very nice atmosphere. Definitely to be recommended!

The location was excellent, very helpful and friendly staff. The cleanliness of the place was excellent. I have stayed in 4* hotels and this beats some of them on the cleanliness by a thousand miles. Well done was very pleased with our stay and would stay again.
We were 4 nights at Norbury, and it was superb. Nice, clean room, great crew! It's close to the train station, so good connection to all parts of the city. Self service dinner... Overall, superb for the money!
