I have been staying at the Tooting ApartHotel on several occasions in 2012, and have always found the rooms and shared facilities of a very high standard and levels of cleanliness very good. I enjoy the flexible approach and the location is easy for transport in and out of London. The area is safe and with a range of shops - and a great multi-cultural vibe. The staff is very coutous and efficient.

I stayed here while for my new flat to become available. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located nearby to a favourite restraunt of mine. Public transport is close by. Sky is available in the room

I stayed at your tooting hotel for 3 nights in May and found the staff to be courteous and helpful. I was initially designated a room at the top of house but as i am 81 years old, requested a ground floor room. This was attended to with the minimum of fuss. All in all it was a peaceful stay and one which i would recommend over the more commercial brands in the local area

I had a very roomy double room. All kitchen facilities provided. Room v. clean,. bed good

Love the place! will definitely stay there again once i've saved up for my next london trip. love the clean and bright rooms and toilets, the DIY breakfast with a small cozy corner to play chess, love also the accessibility from the goodge tube. Except that there's no lift, i had difficulty carrying the luggage down the stairs, especially after all the great shopping done in London.

Not my first stay at Flexi-stay. I really like it, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly basic, but very clean and the communal areas of the accomodation are spotlessly clean and very well stocked. Will stay again and again and again. My first choice for London accomodation by far!

I am very happy to have discovered Flexistay apartments. I stayed in the Charlotte Street facility in London and was very pleased with my stay. It was clean, well-run and the staff were excellent. This model of providing cheap, basic accommodation in London is much appreciated! The shared living area/ kitchen was well-stocked, the bathrooms were immaculate (hard to find with shared bathrooms!) and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you. I will definitely be staying again.

I stayed at the Tooting Apart Hotel for 10 nights in total and by the time I left, it felt like home. The first night I checked in there was a problem with the room as it was too close to the kitchen for my liking but this was quickly taken care of by Tony and as of the next night I stayed in Room 6 at the top of the house which was more spacious, quieter and really cozy. The kitchen arrangement - you can store your own food and cook whatever you like - and the food provided by the hotel is brilliant. It ensured I had a warm dinner every night and didn't have to eat take aways. To top off the super service received, Tony kindly arranged a minicab to take me to Heathrow which worked totally reliably as I knew it would. So all in all, top marks to both Tony and Tushar!
