My husband and I stayed for two weeks at Tulsi Aparthotel and we were very satisfied. The location in Croydon was perfect for us as we were close to transportation (trains, buses and taxis) and shopping. This hotel is perfect for those who need a clean and comfortable place to stay for a short business trip/vacation.The staff were friendly and this contributed to the entire experience being a home away from home.
The hotel is 3 stops to East Croydon station and very close to local centre. The staff is very helpful and kind. The room is moderate but clean and tidy.
When travelling down to London for my modelling assignments. I am always on the look-out for an apartment rather than a hotel as it is more of a private affair and like it to feel from home-2-home. Finding Flexi-Stay Croydon was a blessing in disguise :) The staff was so so friendly and helpful and very chatty, making me feel right at home. He had gone out of his way and had heated up the apartment due to the colder weather, which I was ubundently grateful for as I hate the cold. He made light banter, showed me round the apartment and left me too it. Definitely a 3* apartment in my eyes and I'm as fussy as hell. Thank you for making my stay perfect!!! I will be booking again (See you soon) xx
With the Best and most helpful staff, close to everything, comfortable rooms and kitchenette with all the utensils, free highspeed internet, free DIY laundry. My room had a big bath which I certainly took advantage of. Good heating system in the winter. Tulsi is home away from home! They even received my mails for me and kept my packages safe. I can be a very demanding guest and all my needs were happily met! I will certainly stay here again and I give Tulsi my highest recommendation. And yes I was a guest, I know no one in Tulsi or am I affiliated to them in anyway. It's just a relief to see that you can have all your needs met without too much ado and especially after I had been to a few crapy hotels in other parts of europe and in the States!

Me and my partner spent one night here as I do not have a bedroom in my family home. We went for the lowest priced accomodation available in the area, so our expectations were not too high. However, we were met with a nice clean room, comfortable bed, perfect facilities and tea/coffee/biscuits! We were very happy with our stay!!!

If you are looking for somewhere in town, clean and comfortable, this will do it. Liked being able to heat up food. The two electric rings on hob limit what you can cook but it is exactly what it advertised. Very friendly and polite staff
It was a great stay, excellent service, had all the facilities needed and safe... Wouldn't mind going back there again!!!
a good place to stay, central to Croydon, a reasonable price and helpful staff, nice room, and very useful to have a small kitchenette in the room, would recommend to others
