Very good location - taxi to airport £5.50 Rooms good- some cobwebs behind the blinds but otherwise perfectly adequate and generous tea tray with oj as well . Self serve breakfast continental style very nice and you could serve yourself all day! Had to do your own dish washing up. Room I had had large French doors and it was actually a bit hot in there. Toilets are sanifo and a bit noisy. Well equipped room with tv iron . Very good price and location - would use again
I have stayed here 6 occasions to-date,finding it very comfortable and convienient.I have no trouble in recommending for both,business and personal use.
Friendly welcome even though we had to be chased up as we're later than we had indicated. Comfortable compact room, but everything required was supplied, including quality biscuits. Breakfast choice options were good, I did not mind frying eggs and bacon and quality brown sliced loaf and nice cheddar cheese. It was nice to return to a serviced room, but shame the mugs were left unwashed, a small thing for a cleaner to do and leaves a better standard for the second night which after all cost the same as the first! Handy to park our car whilst away for 3 further days after the two here.
I am grateful to have discovered this great place. I literally felt like I was in my own home. It not only has every amenity a person could ever need they offer a self-service all day breakfast. Meaning, if breakfast for you is at 0500 or midnight you can make your very own breakfast the way you desire it. Eggs, back bacon, ham, sausages, cheese, 2-3 kinds of bread, orange & apple juice, milk, 6 kinds of cereal, oranges & apples provided. Spotless kitchen and accommodations, patio, guest fridge and freezer, wash & dryer. Conveniently located 10 minutes from Gatwick airport via bus for 2 pounds or 10 for taxi. Staff is excellent. Started & finished my trip here - made my month long travel experience across 8 countries kick off and end well.
Flexistay in Horely is a great place. Check-in can be late at night. The rooms are on suite and clean. The use of a kitchen is fantastic. Thanks for everything.
Comfortable beds and good self service breakfast facility and in easy walking distance to Horley town centre. Good quality bed linen and towels.Staff are friendly and helpful. A chair and shelf or ledge for working on a laptop would be a useful addition to the rooms.
Booking easy, check in easy and staff very friendly. Facilities are great especially the all day breakfast, really takes the pressure off in the morning. Will stay again.
We had a very stress free, comfortable night knowing we could get up next morning, have a relaxing breakfast at a reasonable hour with a short taxi ride to Gatwick airport to catch our flight at 10.30am. Accommodation at Ambers flexistay was just what we needed.
Everything was easy to park and stay. Taxi trip to airport was simple. Rooms were well equipped but also well used. Could do with updating. The grounds were not well kept and parking area was very dirty.
Having stayed at a good many hotels/B&Bs etc near airports, I was delighted to find this little gem. The room itself was small (perfectly adequate) clean and had all the necessary components for a comfortable stay. I arrived before check in time and was greeted by an extremely helpful lady who allowed me to leave my suitcase there and gave me good instructions on how to catch a bus to meet friends at Gatwick railway station. On return, my suitcase was in my room and I was shown the kitchen which was stocked with fresh milk, orange juice, eggs, bacon, sausages, cheese and more: an all day breakfast offering. Everything was spotlessly clean. What a delight!
